With over 40 years of experience, he’s definitely the right man for the job. John founded Pace Security in 2001, hand-picking a team of professionals who shared his vision. He has an in-depth understanding of the industry, with past experience in the Metropolitan Police and high ranking positions in security companies around the world. John has been at the forefront of the security industry as it’s evolved and has shaped Pace Security into what it is today.
Karen is an Office Administrator for Pace Security she is new to the team, having joined in December 2018. Karen has worked in the security sector for the last 5 years dealing with customers from many of the countries Police Forces. Karen has a wealth of experience having worked in administration for over 30 years in both public & private sectors. She enjoys learning new skills and has a passion for problem solving, She has a good head for figure’s and numbers. Her experience will be greatly valued. Karen’s passion outside of work is running, cooking, Family and socialising with friends.
Having worked in the Travel Industry, for the Local Authority and a Special Needs School, Janis brings a new dimension to Pace with her dynamic administrative skills. Janis has recently taken over the role of Office Manager and has already proven that she is ideal for the role, taking on various challenges and resolving them with expertise. Being a dog lover Janis enjoys taking her beloved ‘Jug’ Dave on longs walks and the occasional trip to Spain!

He’s got a knack for thinking outside the box; putting his in-depth knowledge into practise. His professional, understanding attitude makes him the perfect man for the job.

William joined Pace in 2009 as a Site Supervisor on one of our major contracts. He excelled at this role and stood out due to his hard work and commitment. In 2011 William was promoted to his current position of Customer Service Manager. He draws upon his years of experience in the sector to skilfully manage a number of our high profile, multi manned contracts.
